Been working hard!

Doesn't time fly!
It's been a long time since I updated things here, but for those of you who visit my Facebook page you will have seen there has been lots going on.

The most recent milestone is that at the end of last year, I passed my Silver Award for the Association of Parchment Crafters and last week I heard I have now passed my Gold Award with Distinction.  Lots of hard work involved but very rewarding. (Click on the link to see my entries)

I have had lots of work published in the Parchment Craft magazine.  Here they are:-

Also, I have been busy designing new pattern packs for you, which you will find on my pattern page.

I've been to lots of workshops this year too.  It's always good to
keep up to date and learn new skills.  Not to mention meeting new friends.
I had the pleasure of a class with the delightful Anne Quinn here on the Isle of Wight in June.

I spent several weeks during the winter doing a drawing course with Beth from The Rhubard Tree.  Something I have wanted to do for along time.  It was only short, but it has helped.

Then in October, I had the pleasure of joining Judith Maslen for a workshop on the Island.

My husband and I took a big trip in August 2018 to the Netherlands.  I was lucky to be invited to exhibit at the Knotsgekke Kaarten En Scrap Dagen in Den Bosch Netherlands.  We had a fantastic time and it was so lovely to meet everyone.

Then in October , we were back on our travels again to Kegworth, to the East Midlands Parchment Exhibition.  I had a fantastic weekend, exhibiting and catching up with everyone.

This year (2019) you will find me in Torquay on 20th July for the Academy Exhibition and Kegworth on 5th October.  Pop along and say hello.  I will have all my patterns with me, and samples for you to view.

I have finally managed to get some long awaited Parchment craft workshops going on the Isle of Wight.

I run the workshops on the first Thursday of every month and the forth Saturday of every month from 10am until 12.30pm.  These are at Annabelles Craft shop Scarrots Lane Newport Isle of Wight.  Phone 01983 520035 to book a place.
